ValguLoc® II

DESCRIPTION

The ValguLoc II splint corrects hallux valgus misalignment of the big toe at rest and while moving. During day and at night, it helps to prevent the progression of the painful deformity and thus protects against possible long-term effects like osteoarthritis or misalignment of the little toes.

• Low profile design for wearing in casual everyday footwear
• Anatomically contoured splint and joint design can be adapted to the individual shape of the foot and locked in a range of positions if required for post-operative splinting/immobilization of the metatarsophalangeal joint and for long-lasting wearing comfort
• Three-dimensional adjustable joint; allowing for adjustment of 6° varus or valgus
• Flat construction and cup-shaped recess in the joint of the orthosis for relieving pressure on the metatarsophalangeal joint
• Thermo moldable splint material prevents pressure points from forming
• Breathable cushion for relief and excellent wearing comfort
