Delivery

Bauerfeind USA, Inc. ("Bauerfeind") ships most orders the same-day of receipt within the United States, U.S. territories and Puerto Rico. Please allow 1-2 hours for orders to complete an accounting and address verification before shipment. Orders received after 2PM ET will not be processed until the next business day. Where possible, all orders are shipped UPS. Transit times are based on business days. If you require weekend delivery, there will be an additional surcharge. Services offered are Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Express. All applicable freight charges do apply. Oversized/overweight shipments may require additional shipping charges. Bauerfeind will not accept liability for delays due to damages to our property or that of its providers, shortage of personnel, strike and limitations due to force majeure.

Returns

A return authorization (RA) must be issued from Bauerfeind headquarters. Any return without an authorization number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused. A time limit of 60 days from the date of purchase for returns applies for all consumer purchases (i.e. non-retail). For B2B accounts, returns are accepted within 6 months of purchase date, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. Bauerfeind is not responsible for return shipping costs. Credits for returns are issued only to the original purchaser. Bauerfeind strongly recommends shipping your return via Fedex or UPS. Bauerfeind is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.

All returns must be in original packaging and received in like-new condition. Credits for returns are issued as a credit to your account, or refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Bauerfeind is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.

Product Guarantee

Bauerfeind warrants that all goods will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months for Orthopedic products and 30 days for Phlebology products. Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect. If the product has not been washed or properly cared for, this could negate a warranty replacement. Your sole remedy for any breach of this warranty will be for Bauerfeind, at its option, to either replace the affected goods or refund to you the purchase price of such goods. Please reach out to info@bauerfeindusa.com to initiate and file a warranty claim.
