DESCRIPTION

The LumboTrain relieves the lumbar spine and has been proven to activate the stabilizing torso muscles. It helps reduce lumbar back pain by improving posture, providing the tissue with circulation-stimulating massage during movement, and having a targeted effect on trigger points.

The support tightly surrounds the lumbar area, thus contributing to an improved upright posture, which relieves the lumbar vertebrae. Its lumbar pad, a pad consisting of three materials with different densities and high massage nubs, is placed on the lower back, putting soothing counter-pressure on painful areas. This pressure changes during movement. The outer nubs then exert targeted friction. The nubs along the lumbar vertebrae have elastic recovery properties. During movement, they gently stretch the tissue so that hardening and myofascial tension can be loosened. The massage effects of the lumbar pad stimulate proprioceptors in the lumbar area at the same time and increase muscle activity.

The LumboTrain remains securely in position. It adapts to the individual anatomy without constricting, thanks to its high-low knitted fabric with feathered edges on the abdominal fastening.
