Bauerfeind’s GenuTrain S Pro (L1833/L2795) no longer requires pre-authorization for Medicare patients, helping to simplify the treatment process and improve access to a comfortable, high-quality ROM hinged knee brace.

Using medical-grade compression, medial and lateral hinges, a circular strap system and a viscoelastic pad, the GenuTrain S Pro is designed for moderate to severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, knee instability, meniscus injuries and more.

Limit flexion and extension with ROM hinges

The GenuTrain S Pro provides mechanical stability to the knee throughout each phase of treatment using adjustable hinges. Based on your treatment plan for the patient, the brace’s medial and lateral hinges can limit flexion at 30°, 60° and 90°, while limiting extension at 20°.

Together with the brace’s circular strap system, the side hinges provide a secure fit for more effectiveness during everyday tasks and activities.

Reduce pain, swelling and irritation

The GenuTrain S Pro reduces pain and swelling by enhancing support with medical-grade compression, side hinges and a viscoelastic insert.

The hinged knee brace’s viscoelastic pad massages and guides the knee to alleviate pressure surrounding the kneecap. The brace’s medical-grade compression complements this massaging effect by improving circulation and proprioception to reduce pain, swelling and irritation.

Lasting comfort and patient compliance

Bauerfeind’s Train knit fabric features breathable, lightweight and moisture-wicking materials to provide all-day wearing comfort and a higher level of patient compliance. Additionally, the knitted fabric is designed with softer materials behind the knee to limit creases from forming during movement.

The GenuTrain S Pro’s hinges can be heat-molded for a more individualized fit.
